Arex FAST is your Property equity partner.

Have you ever wanted a new way to unlock your home equity? That's a Property Equity Investment (PEI) from Arex FAST. We offer equity financing for Property Owners.

Key Takeaways.

What if my home loses value?
If your Property depreciates below the Risk-Adjusted Property Value, we share in the downside. The Risk Adjustment reduces exposure to short-term price volatility and makes it possible to offer Arex FAST without any early prepayment penalties.
Are there monthly payments?
No, a Property Equity Investment doesn’t come with a monthly payment. Instead, you pay back in one lump sum within the term, typically through a cash-out refinance, property sale, or other source of funds. We’re invested in the property with you, so we do well when you do well.
What’s the most I’ll repay FAST?
Arex FAST is designed to be fair and equitable. If the Property appreciates above the Risk-Adjusted Property Value, we share in the upside but only up to a reasonable, pre-determined cap.
When do I repay?
You can buy back Arex FAST’s share at any time prior to the end of the 30-year term. The amount you must pay to buy back Arex FAST’s share will be calculated using the property’s value at the time.
Does Arex FAST share ownership of my Property?
Arex FAST is not added to the title of the property. You continue to own and live in the property and you decide when to sell your house. You stay in control.
What terms will Arex FAST offer me?
These terms may not be representative of what you are offered. To determine your offer, our team will consider your equity cushion, DTI, credit score, and your market’s expectations, amongst many other factors.
